1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between 345win ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 345win platform accessible at 345win.today.

By completing the registration process, accessing any game, placing any bet or wager, or making any deposit or withdrawal through 345win, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be legally bound by them. 3 Account Registration

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Payments

345win accepts deposits through the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. All deposits are processed in PKR. 5.1 Deposit Processing

8 Game Rules and Fairness

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 345win account holders through the account dashboard:

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 345win account may do so by contacting the live chat support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account following identity verification.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345win's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 345win platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 345win or its licensed third-party content providers. No player or visitor acquires any ownership rights in any platform content by virtue of accessing or using the platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 345win platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any of the following:

15 Amendments to These Terms

345win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
